Christmas tree made of beads

Such a lovely Christmas tree can decorate any workplace, so everyone will be happy to receive it as a gift. This master class is intended for beginners, so making such a New Year's decoration from beads will not be difficult. Beading a Christmas tree will require:

  • the wire is thin but tough;
  • green large beads;
  • beads of different colors and sizes, for the crown there are always three red ones;
  • pliers;
  • cone.

If you are making such a craft for the first time with your own hands, then make a blank in the form of a cone from thick paper or cardboard. Using it, you can form a spiral of wire, onto which you will then string beads. Over time, you will get the hang of it and will be able to completely do without the workpiece. The end of the wire must be bent using pliers, so that you get a small ring, as in the photo.

For the crown, string three red beads of different sizes, starting with the smallest.

Then the weaving of the main thread begins, which will become the basis of the Christmas tree. In random order, string rows of green beads interspersed with colored beads. As you can see in the photo, beads can be of different sizes and colors. You can make a selection of beads of two colors, as in the sample - red and white, or you can use leftover beads from other crafts. If you did not use a cone to form the outline of the tree, you can twist the spiral by hand. First, it is twisted on a plane, then pulled out by the crown, adjusting the resulting shape.

This concludes our master class. The Christmas tree is ready. Secure the end of the wire in the previous row by threading it through several beads. Adjust the shape of the last ring so that the Christmas tree stands straight. You can make such a cute New Year's craft from beads or beads in any color you like. The main thing is to use your imagination, because it can replace gifts for dear people. New Year's compositions and figurines made from beads turn out to be very beautiful and delicate. You can make a Christmas wreath for the door or a symbol of the coming year. Any New Year's crafts and gifts made from beads are amazingly beautiful and touching. We offer you another master class on making Christmas angel figurines. You can also weave these New Year's bead toys together with the kids, as they are very easy to make for beginners.

Let's move on from conversation to action.

First stage. Girl's weaving.

We start weaving from the head. We will work using the parallel weaving technique. Let's do the hair. Cut the wire 50 cm long. 1st row - collect 3 orange beads and lower them to the middle of the wire. 2nd row - we put 1 orange, 2 light (for the face) and again orange on one end of the wire. Holding the wire with stringed beads in your right hand, insert the second tip of the wire into the stringed beads and pass it through all the beads. The tip of the wire appears on the other side. Let's pull both ends in different directions and attach the strung beads to three, pressing the rows tightly. 3rd row - collect 1 orange, 1 light, 1 blue for the eyes, 1 light, 1 blue, again 1 light and 1 orange bead. We pull all the beads tightly to the previous ones. We continue to weave the face of the red-haired girl. 4th row - 5 light beads. Row 5 - 2 light, 2 red for the mouth and 2 light. Row 6 - 5 light beads. Row 7 – 3 light beads complete the girl’s face. Let's dress the girl in a beautiful dress. Let's take bright pink beads. Rows 8 and 9 – weave 4 beads each. Row 10 – 5 pink beads. Then we weave in the form of a pyramid, adding beads in each row. 11th row - 6 pieces 12th row - 7 beads.

Let's decorate the bottom of the dress. Row 13 - collect 8 white beads and weave. The dress is ready.

On each side we pass the ends of the wire through two beads, leaving the first one free from the edge. We make the legs in the form of simple chains of 5 light beads. We will put on white shoes made of 2 beads on our feet. We tighten the wire, hide the ends in beads, and carefully twist it. Cut off the excess wire. There are not enough handles. We take a wire 10-12 cm long and thread it through the pink beads at the top of the dress. We string 3 pink ones onto each wire. These are the sleeves of the dress. Now we add 3 light beads (handles) and thread the wire into the pink ones, pulling up the light beads. We fix the wire between the beads and cut off the excess. The handles are ready. We will braid it for our girl, and while we were working we named her Lisa. Let's braid Lisa's hair. Braids are made the same way as arms. We insert additional wire, collect 6 orange and 3 pink beads, matching the color of the dress. These are bows. We secure the wire by passing it in the opposite direction through all the beads, and cut off the excess. Our Lisa is ready to celebrate the holiday. And then the girlfriends arrived: Anya, Alyonka and Masha.

Second phase. Boy's weaving.

It's boring to celebrate New Year's without the boys. And they decided to weave a friend, who was named Pavlik.

Let's weave a hat for the boy. We will work according to the same pattern as we wove the girl, using parallel weaving. 1st and 2nd row – collect 3 brown beads. 3rd row – 1 brown, 2 light for the face, 1 brown. Row 4 – 1 light, 1 blue (eye), 1 light, 1 blue (second eye) and 1 light. Row 5 – 5 light ones. Don’t forget to pull the rows tightly together. Row 6 – 2 light, 2 red (mouth), 2 light. Row 7 – 5 light beads. Row 8 – 3 light beads. We made a face. 8, 9, 10 rows - string 3 gray beads. This is Pavlik's shirt. Let's move on to weaving trousers. 11th row - 5 black beads, weave them, pulling them towards the gray ones. Cut an additional 15 cm wire and insert it into the middle black bead. We now have four ends of the wire. The photo shows step by step how to make trousers. We string two beads five times onto each pair of wire and weave through them. Let's make shoes to match the color of the shirt. We string three gray beads onto one (any) wire and fix them with another wire. We cut off the excess wire. We make the hands according to the same pattern as for the girl. We insert additional wire, collect 3 gray and 3 light beads, pass the wire through three gray beads in the opposite direction, leaving the light ones free. We fix the wire. So Pavlik is also ready to go to the Christmas tree, and not alone, but with his younger brother. Such a cheerful company gathered to celebrate the New Year!

Third stage. Weaving a Christmas tree.

It's up to the Christmas tree! I hope you have already mastered the parallel weaving technique well, and weaving a Christmas tree will not be difficult. The diagram will be our assistant. The diagram was taken from the Internet. True, we changed it a little. The star was replaced with red beads and they did not weave a stand for the Christmas tree.

We cut the wire 60 cm long. You can take a shorter wire and then extend it.
It will be easier for the child to work with it. 1st row - we collect three red ones - this is the top of the tree (star) and 1 green bead. We leave the red ones free, and weave the green beads in parallel. 2nd row – 1 green bead. Rows 3 and 4 – 3 pieces each. Rows 5 and 6 – 5 pieces each. Next we weave according to the pattern. Rows 7 and 8 – 9 pieces each. Rows 9 and 10 – 7 pieces each. Rows 11 and 12 – 9 pieces each. Rows 13 and 14 – 11 pieces each. Rows 15 and 16 – 9 pieces each. Rows 17 and 18 – 11 pieces each. Rows 19 and 20 – 12 pieces each. You can give your child the opportunity to dream up and weave a Christmas tree, changing the number of beads at your discretion. Our Christmas tree, row by row, is getting higher and higher. And this is what she looks like. We continue to work according to the scheme. Rows 21 and 22 - 13 green beads each. 23 row – 14 beads 24 row – 15 green beads. Let's make a trunk. On both sides, leaving one bead free, pass the wire through 5 beads and remove it. Let's collect 4 rows of 4 beads each and intertwine them. The barrel is ready. The Christmas tree has arrived for the holiday, it stands elegantly, and on the top of the head there is a star, sparkling and burning.
Everything is ready for the holiday.
The Christmas tree was installed. The children were dressed up. The guests are assembled. The Christmas tree is decorating, the holiday is approaching.
New Year is at the gate, the Christmas tree is waiting for the children. Everyone wanted to take a photo near the beautiful Christmas tree. The photo shoot has begun. We took a lot of photos to admire our work. Everyone wanted to play with beaded dolls, gave them names and chose the best one.

DIY Christmas angels made of beads

Not a single Christmas is complete without angel figurines made with your own hands from various scrap materials. Instead of sewing or gluing already beloved angelic creatures, make them from beads, glass beads and beads. You can dig through your supplies and find different types of beads left over from other crafts and old beads. To create Christmas tree decorations from beads in the shape of angels, the master class will require the following materials:

  • hard wire;
  • large white beads for the head;
  • golden large beads;
  • beads of different sizes and colors;
  • bugles;
  • pliers.

The photo clearly shows that the Christmas angel figurine consists of several main parts.

  • The top part is done first. A large white bead, which will be the head of an angel, is strung onto a piece of wire with a ring at the end. The ring must be clamped tightly with pliers so that the beads do not fly off the wire;
  • Following the large white bead, a second large oval-shaped bead is strung. It can be of any color, the main thing is that it matches the size of the first one, because this is an angel corset;
  • Now beads are strung for the figurine’s hands. Each hand has 2 elongated white beads and 3 golden beads. Weaving the hand is carried out according to the pattern: gold-white-gold-white-gold. Between the two gold beads in the middle of the chain, leave a space free of beads for attaching the arms to the body. The ends of the wire on each side are tucked inside the white bead;
  • Now it's time to weave the skirt. You can make it according to the scheme that you see in the photo, or you can create your own. You should end up with a cone of vertically arranged chains;
  • We weave 2 chains for wings from gold beads;
  • It's time to connect all the elements and assemble the Christmas angel figurine. Using pliers, the wire is clamped tightly at the joints. The ends are hidden inside the skirt.
  • Such a small figurine can either be placed on a table or hung on a Christmas tree.

Christmas wreath made of beads

This wreath can be hung on the door and window, or used to decorate the New Year tree. This New Year's toy made of beads is more complex. But it is better to weave it from large beads and medium-sized beads so that the diameter of the composition is sufficient. Materials:

  • strong nylon thread or fishing line;
  • large red matte beads;
  • golden large beads;
  • fluted green beads;
  • two beading needles;
  • bell for decoration;
  • weaving patterns.
  • To weave wreath elements, of which you need to weave only ten, you can use one of the three patterns presented in this master class.

    In these display diagrams, the order of weaving and the first and second working thread are indicated by two colors. As is already clear from the diagrams, weaving is carried out with two needles. If the material is chosen correctly, then you will receive the same round elements that make up the wreath, as seen in the photo. After manufacturing all the elements, we assemble the product in the order as shown in the diagram. At the end of the work, the finished wreath is braided with a golden beaded chain. Each turn is shown schematically in the product assembly diagram. From the same chain, only red, a loop is made on which the wreath is hung. If desired, attach a bell to the top of the wreath. And if the wreath hangs on the door, then everyone who enters will announce their arrival with a melodious ringing.

    Christmas tree cones

    The next master class will look at the process of weaving cones, which can turn into themed Christmas tree decorations, simple figurines or holiday gifts.

    Let's consider the materials and tools needed to carry out this beading:

    • green, brown small-caliber beads of 1.5 and 6 grams, respectively;

    • large brown beads;
    • glass beads of a green hue (about seven grams, 7 millimeters long);
    • beige sparkles of a convex shape, eight millimeters in diameter - 100 pieces;
    • oval bead (nine millimeters in diameter and fifteen millimeters long);
    • two-meter wire;
    • a thread;
    • needle.

    Instead of an oval bead, you can use a dried acorn of suitable size.

    Take sparkles and brown beads. We make two cones out of them, starting from the top. Next, you need to take a thread about a meter long and put 24 beads on it. We collect this bottom into a ring and leave a free tip of 25 cm. We fasten the thread. Next, you need to move three beads away from the unused tip and string a sequin on the convex side, seven pieces of beads and another sequin, but on the other side - the depressed side.

    The next step is to thread the needle through the fourth bead from the thread in the initial ring and in the opposite direction through the sequin and the final bead (as in the diagram). We string six pieces of beads and a sequin (from the pressed side) onto the thread. We pass the needle through the bead of the initial ring (a quarter of the previous sequin) and then into the sequin and the final one strung.

    We make the next three similar arcs from beads with sparkles, just like the second one. We string five pieces and pass a needle through the beads under the first of the sequins, then through the sequin, the beads above it and in the opposite direction into the sequin and the bead under it.

    The thread is brought out in the center of the initial arc and threaded through three beads here and the scale row is completed.

    We make the next five or six similar rows. We string beads with sparkles for the next arc and thread the thread into the bead located in the middle of the adjacent arc in the previous row. Pay attention to the diagrams, which show the weaving process step by step.

    At the next stage, you need to insert the bead into the resulting case of sparkles at the bottom.

    Next, we make a row with three sparkles. The thread is threaded into the middle bead of the adjacent arc. We collect a bead, shiny material from the convex side, three beads, a sparkle (from the depressed side) and a bead. The needle passes into the middle beads of a pair of adjacent arches and into the final bead and shiny material.

    Next set: three beads, shiny material on the concave side and another bead. The needle passes from the middle bead of a pair of subsequent arcs and in the opposite direction through the bead and sparkle. We string the next three things and push the silt into the shiny element and the bead from the initial set in the row. We tighten the lower part of the cover, threading the thread through the beads located in the middle in the arcs of the final row (this is a dotted line in the diagram). The thread is fixed and cut.

    We take a needle and thread it with the thread that was left at the initial stage of casting in the upper part of the cone. We collect a shiny element from the pressed side and one bead. We thread the needle into the sequin in the opposite direction through the center in two adjacent arcs. We fix two shiny parts in a similar way and insert a thread into the initial sparkle in this row. After this, the thread is threaded with three beads on top of the sequins (dotted line in the diagram). All that remains is to tighten, secure and cut the thread.

    Let's begin the process of weaving needles.

    We prepare a wire of a little more than one meter and string the main material. Fold it in half and collect glass beads. This will be the first pine needle. We collect glass beads and beads on any of the ends and move them towards the initial coniferous part. The wire is threaded in the opposite direction into the glass beads. In a similar way, we alternately perform these coniferous elements on each of the tips. In total, you need to make about forty similar parts. The wire is folded in half and twisted. It is necessary to cover the remaining piece of wire with coniferous parts, leaving ten centimeters at the ends. Leave these needles without twisting.

    Take the next piece and thread it through the bead located in the cone. We collect a bead of a brown shade and insert the active tip through the bead in the opposite direction (as in the diagram). If you decide to use an acorn instead of beads, the wire is attached to the case. It is necessary to make ten to fifteen coniferous parts on both sides of the cone. The wire with the needles is twisted. Next, the next bump is attached. We make coniferous elements almost to completion.

    We put the resulting elements together and twist four wire pieces and needles. Along the free ends we collect one brown bead of large and small sizes. We thread the wire through large-caliber beads in the opposite direction. Twist the ends with the twig and remove unnecessary parts.

    This composition with pine cones can decorate New Year's gifts or become a wonderful Christmas tree decoration.

    Christmas star

    We present to you another master class that is suitable for the youngest bead weaving masters. Every child, under the guidance of a teacher or parent, will be able to weave such a miracle. In our case, a minimum of materials is required, and the choice of bugles and beads depends on your taste.

    So, to make a Christmas star you need to prepare:

    • thin wire;
    • thick wire;
    • glass beads;
    • beads of different colors and sizes;
    • ribbon for the loop.

    This star can serve not only as a Christmas tree decoration hanging on the branches, but also at the top of the crown of a forest beauty. Then, instead of a ribbon, make a wire mount for the star so that it sits tightly on the top of the head. Let's start our master class:

  • Using thick wire, create the outline of a star. The size and number of vertices depends on your desire;
  • With thin wire, start wrapping the base in different directions;
  • In the intervals between turns of wire, string beads and seed beads in random order;
  • If you want to make a real burning star, then place several LED lights or a light bulb from a garland inside;
  • Make turns until the desired star shape is achieved.
  • How to improve an old Christmas ball

    amazing beaded balls
    If you don’t have time to figure out how Christmas balls are made from beads according to the pattern, you can simply improve the old ones! You can make a “bead cape” on a ball that has already lost its beauty.

    Christmas decoration
    You need to prepare:

    • beads 2 colors;
    • several large beads;
    • Christmas ball;
    • fishing line

    decorate the Christmas ball
    How to do:

    1. We make a ring from beads. It should lie on the Christmas tree decoration. For this, beads of different colors are used, in random order.
    2. The fishing line needs to be tied into a knot, and the free edge is threaded through the next few beads.
    3. We string beads onto the edge of the fishing line that we just threaded through and make a ring out of it. The size of this ring should correspond to the height of the Christmas tree decoration. When it is ready, we thread a fishing line through the first bead of this ring.
    4. We pass the fishing line through several beads in the main ring. And again we draw the edge. We make another ring, only slightly smaller than the previous one. It is very important, approximately in the middle, to pass the fishing line through several beads of the first ring so that the “petals” touch each other.
    5. We repeat these rings until all the petals are closed.
    6. We put it on the ball. We bring the working edge of the fishing line to the lower part of one of the petals and string beads onto it and thread it through one bead of the next petal. Repeat until the circle closes.
    7. Tie a knot and you're done!

    Beaded candlestick in New Year's style

    You can make such a wonderful New Year's composition from scrap materials. As you can see in the photo, it is not difficult to make. And in order to start the master class, you will need:

    • thick wire for the arch;
    • gold wire for curls;
    • CD for base;
    • satin ribbon;
    • beads, beads;
    • thin wire;
    • salt shaker;
    • small candle.
  • First, cut a piece of wire. We string 20 beads and twist the wire under the bead loop. Retreating 1 cm we form the same loop. A total of 9 pieces are obtained from one piece of wire;
  • We form a branch by folding the wire in half. We twist the leaves in pairs, leaving a middle loop at the top;
  • To decorate the base of the candlestick, we make 7 such branches. You will also need to weave 7 slightly shorter branches for the wreath - from 7 leaves;
  • To decorate the branches we use pink geometric beads. We string them on a wire at a distance of 1 cm, twist the wire under each bead;
  • For the arch we prepare two legs for the base. We clamp them with pliers;
  • We make an arch out of wire and twist the ends in the same way. We wrap the arch itself with a satin ribbon;
  • Glue the legs and arch to the disk;
  • Now we attach the salt shaker and candle to the base;
  • We make curls from golden wire using pliers to decorate the arch;
  • We decorate the arch with curls on both sides. You can arrange them arbitrarily;
  • To decorate the top of the arch, we make two triple branches from 7 long branches (9 leaves), and leave one unchanged. We intertwine short branches with a chain of beads as shown in the photo to make a wreath;
  • Now all that remains is to secure the branches on the arch and around the salt shaker. If you don’t want to weave bells, then hang small decorative ones. To make it, use a special master class that is available on our website. Now attach a red satin bow to the top of the arch. The New Year's style candlestick is ready.
  • This New Year's beaded candlestick will decorate any holiday. Its warm light plays in the beads and base and highlights the colors of everything.

    The spiral Christmas tree is ready!

    How else to weave a Christmas tree from beads, look in the photo gallery, there you will find an idea and a way to implement it.

    You will need:

    beads No. 8 – white and blue for clothes, light beige for the face, yellow for braids, turquoise for eyes and bows, 2 pink beads for the mouth and 1 orange bead for the nose, white bead with a diameter of 6mm, wire with a diameter of 0.3mm.

    Master Class

    1. Prepare a piece of wire 140 cm long. Use the volumetric weaving technique: that is, each row should consist of 2 tiers: the upper ones form the front part, and the lower tiers form the back.
    2. String a white bead and 4 blue beads onto the middle of the wire.
    3. Pass the end of the wire from the bead side through 4 beads, tighten so that the bead is in the center. This will be the top tier of the first row.
    4. Place 4 beads on either end of the wire and pass the other end of the wire through these beads. This will be the bottom tier of the first row.
    5. Tighten the wire, you should get a circle.
    6. Top tier 2nd row: place 5 blue beads on either end of the wire, pass the other end through them and tighten.
    7. Bottom tier: place 5 beads on either end of the wire, pass the other end through them, tighten - placing the beads under the top row.
    8. Weave the following rows in the same way: 3rd row – top and bottom tier of 7 blue beads each. 4th row – top and bottom tier of 9 white beads each.
    9. Place 6 yellow and 2 turquoise beads on one end of the wire, hold the last bead and pass this end of the wire through the adjacent turquoise bead in the opposite direction.
    10. Move the braid beads close to the workpiece and tighten the wire.
    11. Place 2 more turquoise beads on the same end and again holding the last bead, pass this end of the wire in the opposite direction through the adjacent bead.
    12. Move the beads close to the braid, then tighten.
    13. Place 1 yellow bead on the same end of the wire and, holding it, pass this end of the wire in the opposite direction through the first 6 yellow beads.
    14. Pull out the wire and you should end up with a braid with a bow. Braid the second braid in the same way.
    15. We make the 5th row of the top tier: put on the wire - 2 beige 1 turquoise, 2 beige 1 turquoise and 2 beige beads, pass the other end of the wire through them and tighten.
    16. Make the bottom tier of the 5th row from 8 yellow beads.
    17. Sixth row, top tier – 3 beige, 1 orange and 3 beige beads, bottom tier – 7 yellow beads.
    18. Seventh row, top tier – 2 beige, 2 pink and 2 beige beads, bottom tier – 6 white beads.
    19. Eighth row, top tier – 7 white, bottom tier – 7 blue beads.
    20. Make the Snow Maiden's hands: place 3 blue, 1 white and 2 blue beads on either end of the wire, hold the last blue bead and pass this end of the wire in the opposite direction through the nearest bead. Move the beads close and tighten.
    21. Place 1 white and 2 blue beads on the same end of the wire, then pass this end through the first bead of the arm (next to the body). Pull out the wire - the hand is ready.
    22. Weave the other arm in the same way.
    23. Continue weaving the body: 9th row, top tier – 3 blue, 1 white and 3 blue beads, bottom tier – 7 blue.
    24. Tenth row, top tier – 4 blue, 1 white and 4 blue beads, bottom tier – 9 blue.
    25. Eleventh row, top tier – 5 blue, 1 white and 5 blue beads, bottom tier – 11 blue.

    Since this toy is small in size, in order to reproduce its spherical surface, we will use a small frame. It consists of two intersecting strips, each made of 38 pairs of beads in parallel weaving (the four central beads are common to both). Two more pairs are woven to one of the strips to cover the bottom of the toy (Fig. 1).

    We weave a snowman on two needles along diverging radii, moving from row to row through pairs of beads in an 18-pair row, alternating a set of new beads according to the pattern in Fig. 2 with the thread passing through the bead pairs of the frame.

    As a result, we get a toy consisting of two parts - a head and a base. We attach two black beads (No. 11) to the head - eyes made of red beads according to the pattern on the nose (Fig. 3), and a mouth made of 10 small (No. 13) black beads. A scarf is tied around the snowman's neck, which is woven according to the pattern in Fig. 4. Hands - twigs are made of black beads (Fig. 5).

    The snowman's head can be decorated with a rumpled hat, a bucket or an old hat made from triplets of beads woven together in a spiral.

    Bugle bead snowflakes

    Step-by-step instructions for creating snowflakes from blue beads

    The New Year does not always bring snowdrifts and snowstorms.

    But we can arrange it ourselves by making snowflakes from beads and decorating the house with them! To make the toys look impressive, take shiny glass beads in silver, blue, blue, lilac and azure shades, as well as transparent beads. Combine pieces of different sizes and shapes to create variety.

    Beads are often strung on fishing line and nylon. But for toys it is better to take thin wire, which serves as a more reliable frame and keeps its shape. Experienced needlewomen will quickly make snowflakes according to our patterns.

    If you haven’t had time to get your hands on it, use the step-by-step instructions above. To create your first snowflake, stock up on translucent blue beads in at least two sizes, wire and wire cutters.

    Christmas ball made of beads

    Sparkling Christmas balls made of crystal and pearl beads

    Multi-colored beads are an excellent material for decorating finished toys made of plastic or fabric. Simple and stylish decorations can be made based on a ball (tennis, Christmas tree or special foam blank). Also prepare:

    • beads or beads of 2-3 shades that match well;
    • thin satin ribbons;
    • strong glue;
    • fishing line or thread.

    Step-by-step instructions for creating a Christmas ball from beads

    Place beads of different colors on a thread. Secure their ends with a couple of large knots. Glue the beads to the ball, starting from the middle of its bottom. The first row consists of three to four beads.

    Fasten the second thread to the ball, moving in the opposite direction. When there are three to five rows of beads left to make, cut a piece of ribbon, fold it into a loop and attach it to the ball. After that, return to the beads.

    Decorate the loop fastening with a bow made of openwork ribbon. In addition, beads can be glued individually.

    Christmas angel

    Pattern for weaving a Christmas angel from beads and seed beads

    The snow-white figurine is an excellent decor for a New Year’s tree or a gift for a friend. The craft is made using the parallel weaving technique on wire. The following materials are needed for work:

    • mother of pearl beads;
    • large mother-of-pearl bead for the head;
    • mother of pearl beads;
    • “spark” beads (golden and silver);
    • thin wire.

    Start weaving the angel's body. Collect six beads, thread both ends into five beads, crossing them. Pass the ends through the four beads again. Continue this pattern until only one bead remains.

    Make angel hands. Place eight mother-of-pearl beads and one gold bead on the ends of the wire.

    Unfold the end of the wire and pass back through the mother of pearl beads to cross the wire into one of the body beads.

    Form an angel's neck and place a large bead on it for the head. Make a halo using 15 golden beads and return the wire to the neck, wrapping it once. Move on to the wings. String 30 silver beads onto each one, secure the ends of the wire around the neck and hide them at the back. Use the remaining material to make a hanger, through which you pull a thread-suspension.

    golden star

    A toy made of sparkling beads will add a touch of luxury to the decoration of your tree. To create it, take:

    • beads in silver and two tones of gold;
    • thread of a suitable shade;
    • a needle;
    • foam;
    • thin decorative tape.

    Place four silver beads on a thread and enclose them in a ring. Between every two beads, weave two more. Alternately add one or two gold beads between pairs of silver ones. Weave two beads at the corners of the resulting figure. According to the pattern in the picture, make the last two rows using the third (darkest) shade of beads.

    Make four more of these squares and bend them in half. They will become the rays of a star. Connect the parts together, starting from the tops, leaving a loop on one for fastening in the form of a ring of beads. Before sewing on the last square, fill the star with foam. Thread the glitter thread through the loop and hang the ornament on your holiday tree.

    Beaded wreath

    The Christmas wreath is a new but already favorite element of winter decor. Imitation of spruce branches and ribbons can be made even from small beads. You will need:

    • green, red and golden beads;
    • bicone beads;
    • fishing line;
    • needle;
    • decorative bell for decoration;
    • thin ribbon or satin thread for hanging.

    Collect five beads and lock them into a ring. Work with both ends of the line. On one, place a bicone and three beads, on the other, only a bicone. Cross the lines in it towards each other, as when weaving in a cross. Repeat the steps three times, and the fourth time, string a bicone on both sides of the fishing line and cross them through three beads so that the material comes to the top.

    Then weave according to this pattern: string a bicone and a bead on one end of the ribbon, and only the bicone on the other. Cross the ends of the fishing line in it. Finally, pull the line through the braided beads and pull it off. Collect all the details into a wreath. Decorate it with a bell, add a loop of gold beads and thread a ribbon through it.

    Christmas tree made of beads

    Step-by-step weaving of spruce branches from green beads

    Experienced needlewomen can easily create a miniature spruce tree from beads and wire. Prepare for work:

    • green felling (or white - for a snow-covered tree). When choosing the first option, also stock up on yellow beads that will highlight the edges of the branches.
    • for a spruce covered with snow, take light wire, for a green beauty, copper wire.
    • find large silver and gold colored beads for the top.

    Weave using the twisted loop technique, as shown in the photo. Each piece includes six green beads and two yellow. Pick up three green, two gold and three green again, twist the wire and move on. The upper branches consist of three elements. Their tips can be decorated not only with green, but also with silver beads.

    Instructions for creating a wicker Christmas tree on wire

    The closer to the base of the tree, the more magnificent the foliage becomes and the more weaving needs to be done. Wind the finished branches onto the wire stem in a circle. Decorate the top and base of the Christmas tree separately. The work is not difficult, but it requires concentration and takes a lot of time.

    Christmas candle

    First we weave the candle flame. To make it look light and swaying, we use yellow and orange brocade beads, which, in bright light, seem to increase in volume due to the halo-like glow surrounding them.

    We weave according to the diagrams in Fig. 1 and 2. We weave the candle wick from small (No. 13) black beads according to the pattern in Fig. 3, and its column itself is made of red matte beads according to the pattern in Fig. 4. The column looks static and heavy, emphasizing the lightness of the flame. After the last turn is woven, close the bottom of the candle, focusing on Fig. 5.

    The next stage is weaving a spruce branch that wraps around a candle column. For this we will need beads that are close in color to the Christmas tree bark, in this case transparent beige. It is good to use dark green beads coated with silver on twigs and needles (Fig. 6). As we weave it, we lay the branch in a spiral around the candle, periodically weaving the branch to the post. To what extent your Christmas tree will be fluffy - decide for yourself. To make the toy more stable, you can attach it to a transparent plastic substrate (a lid from a plastic jar, a candy wrapper, etc.), grabbing individual branches.

    Magazine: “Culture and traditions. Beads. Toys."

    On the eve of the New Year Natalya Knizhnikova

    will tell you how to make a candlestick with your own hands:

    New Year's candlestick

    A candle is a mandatory attribute of the New Year's holiday. After all, it is special - it symbolizes hope for happiness in the new year. For such a candle and candlestick you need a special mood. You can make it yourself. It will be unique, you definitely won’t buy one like it in a store. Using beads in a candlestick will provide the ability to magically illuminate the candle light.

    To make a candlestick you need to prepare: a glass glass, transparent waterproof universal glue, multi-colored beads (small quantities, you can use leftovers), a beautiful three-layer napkin for decoupage (preferably with a New Year's theme), a needle, scissors, tweezers.

    Step one

    . Wash the glass with baking soda and wipe it dry. Cut out a plot from a napkin of a suitable size along the contour with scissors and try it on a glass. Make any necessary adjustments.

    Step two

    . Apply glue to the cut out picture and carefully stick it onto the glass.

    Step three

    . Consistently glue beads onto individual fragments of the pattern in accordance with their color. If the beads are large, it is more convenient to use tweezers. Small beads are easier to collect and adjust with a needle. Take your time, be patient and do this work in a good mood, making your cherished wishes and setting yourself up for good luck in the New Year.

    Step four

    . Additionally, glue beads along the edges and fill in the voids if necessary.

    If you are good at drawing, then instead of a napkin, you can draw the outlines of the picture on the glass with a thin felt-tip pen or entrust this important task to your child, explaining the task to him. Don't forget that the simpler the pattern, the easier it will be to deal with wayward beads.

    Do you want to make a candlestick with just such a bird as in our master class? Print out her drawing, place the cut out bird on the inside of the glass and get to work.

    Step five

    . Allow the beads to dry completely according to the time indicated on the glue.

    Step six.

    Choose a suitable candle (preferably several at once) for your candlestick.

    Don't forget about the magical properties of candle color:

      red symbolizes health, increases vital energy, improves fate;

      orange will bring success, fill you with optimism, attract the sympathy of the people you want to please;

      pink is favorable for friendship, love and happiness;

      green brings prosperity and increased income:

      yellow enhances the development of intelligence,

      blue helps the patient recover.

    Candles must be completely the same color (there are only those doused on the outside).

    Step seven

    . Make a small New Year's composition (from fruits, a cup of tea, New Year's toys, etc.) Place your candlestick next to it, light a candle and admire the beauty that you have created with your own hands.

    By the way, such an original candlestick with a candle would be an excellent New Year’s gift for a friend or family.

    Happy New Year!
